Yangquan launches applet to enhance its business environment
Yangquan has unveiled a new WeChat mini program designed to streamline interactions between businesses and the government, embodying the principle of "no in-person visits, online completion".
The mini program serves as a crucial tool for facilitating direct communication between businesses and government entities, allowing enterprises to efficiently express concerns, track progress, and access policy information.
It comprises four main sections: Enterprise Policies, Issue Feedback, Progress Tracking, and Satisfaction Evaluation.
The Enterprise Policies section provides businesses with up-to-date information on national, provincial, and municipal policies, along with detailed interpretations, enabling them to effectively utilize various support measures.
The Issue Feedback section offers a user-friendly online channel for businesses to submit inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and assistance requests to relevant county, district, and municipal departments.
The Progress Tracking section allows enterprises to track the entire handling process, with real-time updates on processing nodes and current statuses, and the Satisfaction Evaluation section enables businesses to rate and provide feedback on the outcomes.
Enterprises with an account on the provincial integrated government service platform can log in using their unified social credit code. Those without an account can register on the provincial platform. After registration, businesses can log in with their registered account and password to access the platform's homepage.
